Going out to dinner was embarrassing! In the end, I was simply doing the wrong things to try to make it better. But in finally finding the solution to my own pain, I learned a tremendous amount and have vowed to help others heal themselves quickly and effectively - without spending a year doing it. Your body is an amazing, adaptable being – I can’t wait for you to have as much confidence in yours as I do!
