Helping clients through their weight loss journey is one of my favorite parts of my job.
I am so inspired by helping clients succeed, no matter how small the victory.
For many years, I have been just like you – curious about the latest diet trends and nutritional recommendations going around.
Like you, I’ve probably tried just about all of them! Some of them I like, some of them I don’t. Most of all, I have found that one size does not fit all when it comes to dietary recommendations.
My passion and curiosity with the relationship between exercise and nutrition drove me to Bauman College in Berkeley, California, where I attained my certification as a Nutrition Consultant in 2014.
Instead of focusing on food restrictions, I empower my clients with better decision-making abilities, so they are capable of finding the best path for their body.
I am here to help you every step of the way.
