At Peak Performance Care we do
Annual Physicals to help you stay in control of your body, to help you plan and achieve your goals,
and to guide you if in the past year you may have lost some of your motivation or intention with
your physical fitness. We use the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and the larger system behind it
as a benchmark of your physical movement. We spend time talking about your nutrition, your training
habits, your sleep, your stress, and we link all of these variables to your goals. If you are
interested in starting a new activity, we help assess and prepare you for that transition so you can
participate with decreased risk of injury.
