Generating high levels of muscular strength and power are important for success in sport and may have long-term implications for sporting careers in youth athletes. Weightlifting has the capacity to improve muscular power via explosive lower-body triple extension, which is essential for many sports (like jumping in volleyball).

JOIN US FOR A 6 WEEK PROGRAM DESIGNED TO BUILD STRENGTH AND POWER
This program is designed to increase overall athletic ability of your athlete. It will be a serious program meant to teach the kids how to strength train safely and effectively, while in the process building their strength and injury resistance. There will also be a slow build of plyometric loading to increase their capacity for explosive movements like their vertical jump.
